Working with FHS Construction was one of the best decisions we made with our new home! To say we're happy is an understatement. We were given their contact through our agent who swore by their work on many of his own properties so we knew we were good hands. But seeing is definitely believing. This was also during Covid and they wore masks the whole time. WHAT WE HAD FHS CONSTRUCTION DO: - Replaced all florescent with recessed lighting - Changed electrical panel - Install bath surround, shower, and toilet - Install kitchen backsplash and pendant lighting - All kitchen electrical and plumbing - All demolitions and cleanup included This was our very first home renovation project but Ferdy, the owner, and Elias, the project manager, were really easy to talk to, listened to our needs and walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. Even when things needed to be changed, they were accommodating and did everything in a courteous and timely manner. We've heard of nightmares working with other contractors but we had NO ISSUES -- they came when they said and finished when they said. They even come back to fix items if we had any concerns. Even our questions were answered with a few texts. NO GHOSTING! In terms of quality, it was TOP NOTCH. We had old florescent lights in the home and wanted to replace it all with recessed lighting. Everything came out seamless even with the texture and wall color that was already there. They don't cut corners or tried to hide anything. Everything feels like it had been done purposefully and nothing DIY about it at all! They tried to make sure everything was as economical as possible but made sure their workmanship was still A+. It was great also because other than specific items we wanted, the parts like the lights, paint, piping, wiring, switches etc. they include in the estimate so we never had to sweat the small stuff. The biggest project for us was the kitchen and even though we had another company reface/build cabinets and install countertops, FHS made sure to point out things that they noticed so that the other company could fix. Now everything looks so incredible. Our neighbors are all jealous! Bottom line, we were looking for QUALITY workmanship vs the cheapest. We knew that what they were going to do was exactly what we wanted with no issues in the future so we were happy to pay for QUALITY. The value shows with their work and their estimates are set in stone, no more no less. When it comes to your home FHS Construction is trustworthy and worth every penny. Will definitely be working with them for as long we're in Los Angles

FHS Construction was referred to me by my realtor and I couldn't be happier with their work. I had multiple projects including replacing the patio, plumbing, HVAC, large and small appliance installation, and some carpentry work. Each job was done very well with attention to the details. Elias was great! He met with me multiple times to make sure he understood the jobs that I wanted. He checked in with me about the patio when there were some issues with the slope of the backyard. He was always on time and I felt their prices were reasonable. I would absolutely hire them again.

After a complete interior renovation, I fully recommend Ferdy and the FHS Construction crew. They are highly professional and extremely pleasant to work with. When change orders came up, Ferdy was very fair in his quotes for extra work and I appreciated that he was creative with finding solutions as we needed them. Elias was our project manager and he was always available to meet with us and ensure everything was moving forward. The crew did a total renovation - from down to the studs to new hvac/plumbing to kitchen cabinets to exterior concrete and new stucco finish - FHS could do it all and do it very reasonably. FHS was also great at working with my pool contractor and I appreciated the extra collaboration at no charge. The house came out exactly as I wanted it and I am so grateful to Ferdy and his crew for their hard work!

This company really came through for me when I needed a new iron gate in my driveway. Excellent quality, custom-made, and great customer service. Elias and Irvin walked me through the design process, and assisted with every detail from start to finish. Elias oversaw the work, and ensured that everything was completed in the time frame I requested. He was present for every scheduled work day, and clearly communicated when plans needed to change. He really has an eye for detail, and offered to repair and perfect even the small things that I missed. I will be using these guys again in the future for other improvements needed on my properties.

FHS did such a great job remodeling the master bathroom at our home in Burbank; so, when we got a fixer-upper condo in Oceanside, Ferdy, Elias, and their team were the first contractor we thought of to help us with the remodel. The condo had most of the original fixtures from the 80s and required a full facelift (see before and after pics). FHS replaced the floors and kitchen countertops, installed a new kitchen sink/faucet and new ceiling fans, and did a total remodel of the bathroom - replacing the old tub/shower with a new tiled shower. The best part about working with FHS again was knowing I could trust them to do quality work with little supervision. I told Elias what I wanted, gave him the keys, and let FHS do all the work in Oceanside while I worked from home in Burbank. The team always wore masks (remodel was during covid), kept the common areas clean (I received no complaints from our HOA), and finished the work right on schedule. We're so happy with the work and the family loves having a beautiful place by the beach!

ferdy and his team at fhs did our full house and kitchen remodel. they were really great to work with and we highly recommend them. their craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive. they care about their work. they were also very communicative and available to answer questions and address any issues throughout the project. plus, we'd definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to several friends.

Ferdy is the exact kind of contractor you hope to find walk onto your property - creative, efficient, attentive to detail and personable. He listened to my project needs (I wanted to turn my janky basement that opened into my house's crawl space into a nice wine cellar) and came up with some great, cost-effective solutions to endure the project turned out great. When I threw him curve balls during the process, he didn't hesitate, instead knocking them out of the park. He took electrical work, brought in a plumber to move some gas pipes around and had a metal guy craft a stunning new railing for the stairs. Importantly, his crew worked safely in the midst of the pandemic. I made a point to observe that and am happy to report they were masked and careful the entire time they were inside the premises. This was clearly a smaller project compared to other stuff they usually do but at NO point did I feel like I was being attended to. Just absolutely great work and customer service. Can't wait to use them again!!

Ferdy just finished a remodel on our house - moving walls, completely redoing a bathroom, new floors, new windows etc. He was honest and forthright and a true pleasure to work with. The work is great. Ferdy was always easy to get a hold of and he kept me updated regularly on progress. His team is reliable and hardworking. Even when we had trouble with permits, Ferdy was ready, willing and able to do whatever we needed to get things done. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

Alex, who was in charge, was great. He checked in all the time and even hung my sconces. All of the crew, the drywall workers, the guys who took down the ceiling and the painters all top notch! They were all nice and very professional. My living room looks amazing. I highly recommend them. Oh and they were quick. The job was done in 3 days! Just look at all their great reviews.
