					Ferdy is awesome. He's a great guy to work with and he has a team of people working with him who are great at what they do. We had our roof done, some new windows retrofitted and our three story house-on-the-side-of-a-hill repainted in 3 tones. The short of it is that it looks amazing - literally strangers off the street comment on how great it looks. It might not seem like much to paint a house, but this particular house required 5 stories of scaffolding (on a 3 story house), extensive siding replacement, trim pieces, the aforementioned windows and even a deck railing and decorative overhang which he built to spec. without architectural drawings. When problems arose, he was a pleasure to deal with; easy to get a hold of, eager to solve problems, and an all around nice guy. He's the kind of guy you'd be happy to have a beer with in one moment and then just as happily get down to brass tax with. Here's the kicker - Our project was started and finished within the expected time frame at a budget that was surprise free, and a quality that we couldn't be happier with. 					Ferdie and his team are awesome! He's done two bigger projects on my house a year apart from one another. The first was removing walls, flooring, drywall, closets, insulation, plumbing, working with my HVAC and electrical contractors. Second big job was refurbishing my concrete fences and putting in a backyard deck. All of the work was well done - no corners were cut. He was honest, responsive, accurate with his quotes (and underbid 6 other quotes), and timely - with any issues he was quick to call and get your input. He always finished on time - and he came when he said he was going to. Not to mention, he's the nicest guy around! I'll be calling him for many years to come! Thanks for being awesome Ferdie!

					FHS built a brand new kitchen, painted entire house, rebuilt the fascia of the fireplace, and more. My biggest praise goes out to Ferdy's team...from the tile guy (basically an artist), to the painters, the countertop manufacturer, the talented handyman, and everyone else that was working hard in my house. Truly impressed by all of them. I'm thankful that I found FHS.

					FHS agreed to do a mix of exterior work for us while we were going to be on an extended visit with family. A major reason we chose FHS to do this work was their willingness to communicate and the overall respectful and professional tenor in all communications leading up to the project. Ferdy and Elias were our main two contacts and they were always reachable and friendly. FHS delivered on all things within their control, did excellent work, and followed up on every single touch up, patch, cleaning need, and anything else we found after the completion of the bulk of the work. They were transparent about costs and clearly do not cut corners but rather accurately price the quality of the work. The main concern we had with a contractor was communication and accessibility (as all horror stories suggest) and we had a great experience especially in that regard with FHS. Highly recommend.

					Elias and FHS Construction was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! I feel that communication is the most important thing when remodeling your house and Elias was quick to respond, gave daily updates, and set a clear expectation - that's beside from the fact that they did beautiful work. I'm a very detail-oriented person and as the project was wrapping up, I noticed a couple things that needed to be fixed. Elias had no problem having his team come back, even after I had already paid them, to fix the small items. They are not done with the project until you are happy.

					After purchasing a condo with no washer & dryer, FHS helped retrofit an existing closet to hold a washer dryer. This included expanding the closet, building an interior wall, running plumbing & electrical, venting out the side of the building, and painting. They also ran electrical in the ceiling to allow for pendant lights in multiple rooms. Ferdy, Elias, and Irvin were all great to work. They are very knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and were patient in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend FHS and would use them again in the future.

					After a complete interior renovation, I fully recommend Ferdy and the FHS Construction crew. They are highly professional and extremely pleasant to work with. When change orders came up, Ferdy was very fair in his quotes for extra work and I appreciated that he was creative with finding solutions as we needed them. Elias was our project manager and he was always available to meet with us and ensure everything was moving forward. The crew did a total renovation - from down to the studs to new hvac/plumbing to kitchen cabinets to exterior concrete and new stucco finish - FHS could do it all and do it very reasonably. FHS was also great at working with my pool contractor and I appreciated the extra collaboration at no charge. The house came out exactly as I wanted it and I am so grateful to Ferdy and his crew for their hard work!

					We had a wonderful experience working with FHS Construction. We had two of our bathrooms remodeled within about a month's time, right as we were in the process of moving. It was a stressful time for us and Ferdy, Elias and the whole team did an excellent job with communication, quality and timeliness. When I couldn't decide which color to paint the walls, Ferdy and Elias accompanied me to the Home Depot to help pick it out with me. Any questions or adjustments we had along the way they worked hard at being fair and meeting our requests. Will definitely use them again!
