We had a wonderful experience working with FHS Construction. We had two of our bathrooms remodeled within about a month's time, right as we were in the process of moving. It was a stressful time for us and Ferdy, Elias and the whole team did an excellent job with communication, quality and timeliness. When I couldn't decide which color to paint the walls, Ferdy and Elias accompanied me to the Home Depot to help pick it out with me. Any questions or adjustments we had along the way they worked hard at being fair and meeting our requests. Will definitely use them again!

Just completed a master bath remodel. I've had the unfortunate fortune, of working on over 20 some plus homes, all of which have had some type of construction, remodeling, or contracting work done on them.
From foundation to roof... everything inside and out I pretty much did everything... "jack of all trades master of few"
I was also a consultant on many multimillion dollar, construction and installations, so I have had a pretty broad perspective of worksites and Customer inner-face as I have sat on both sides of the aisle.

As far as project managers go Javier Basso was a diamond in the rough.

When we first met Javier, his quiet, even tempered calming presence Made me question my previous conception of contractors, which are usually pretty strong willed, opinionated, confident to a fault, and at times lacking ongoing empathy, as projects and conflict arise.

Not to mention the endless calls they have to answer on the daily.

I've also had the overzealous logo wearing polo shirt project managers, who couldn't tell you the difference between a Flathead and a pan head screw. Nor why a right Angle and levels are critical to any project.

Javier Basso had a broad knowledge of mechanical and workmanship details needed in a high-quality remodeling project. If I had a question about some type of Repair, and Javier did not the answer, he will inquire and find the correct answer.

FHC's General contractor's license holder is "Ferdy" he was quiet, helpful, informed and in a few minutes, put me at rest as he appeared to be someone who is in the prime of his contracting years.

After receiving three bids, all of which were within 1000 or $2000 of each other we decided to go with FHC. The project did run a couple weeks late, as just about every project I've ever worked on has, but their workmanship and their ability to correct issues that the customer felt was wrong was near effortless. Javier made us feel valued and always had a positive attitude.
I have a medium size project coming up and would use FHC again. The caveat is they appeared to be getting very busy but worth the consultation and call.
If you've had construction projects, go awry as many of them do it would be worth the wait for FHC.
They actually realize that their construction site was my home. It is amazing how many workers forget the concept that their worksite is where someone sleeps at night. Having to remind someone to sweep the floors, pick up their discarded nails or tire damaging screws is no longer a viable option. I am done asking adults to clean take their trash and clear The doorway.
Javier made it all happen seamlessly At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left your home as clean as responsibly able.

Ferdy and his team are the best. We hired them after our friends raved about them (Ferdy redid their entire house and it looks amazing). We brought on Ferdy to renovate our garage, and we couldn't be happier with not only how it turned out, but the whole process of working with Ferdy as well. Ferdy and his team did an addition on our house and we could not be happier with the work or the experience. The process of construction is arduous by itself but Ferdy did everything he could to make it as smooth as possible. His bid was the clearest we received and the most reasonable. He came highly recommended by a friend. We found his communication both clear and very responsive (he always calls back within an hour or two). We have now lived in the remodel for almost a year and can attest to the quality of the work. Also, he has come back and addressed any small issues that have come up (all minor) quickly and with no cost. His team is beyond capable. He goes the extra mile to find solutions. For example, we had issues the the AC sub that were really hard to troubleshoot but Ferdy went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. He is also just a kind and generous person which makes working with him really a pleasure. He took the time to explain things to us as it was all new. He is also unflappable, which helps in his business. We just can't recommend them highly enough. We did a second project, a small remodel, after the addition and without any hesitation, hired them again. We have recommended them to many friends as well.

The team helped my wife and I with a big remodel on our first home and the work was fantastic. So much so that we've used them again on our second purchase when we moved. Very fair priced and responsive to every project need and timeline. My new go to!

FHS Construction was referred to me by my realtor and I couldn't be happier with their work. I had multiple projects including replacing the patio, plumbing, HVAC, large and small appliance installation, and some carpentry work. Each job was done very well with attention to the details. Elias was great! He met with me multiple times to make sure he understood the jobs that I wanted. He checked in with me about the patio when there were some issues with the slope of the backyard. He was always on time and I felt their prices were reasonable. I would absolutely hire them again.

This is a very late review, but we hired FHS Construction in 2021 to significantly tune up our garage and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. Ferdy was a great partner in planning, clearly outlining costs, and suggesting alternatives to the intended design, but most of all, he and his entire team were genuinely fun to collaborate with. They delivered great results at a reasonable price and at no point was there any confusion or pressure to add costly features. I've been using the garage as my home office for 2 years now and am very happy with how everything has held up.

This is the company you want to hire! They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. Ferdy and Elias were great to work with. One or both of them came by the house daily to make sure things were progressing as planned. Both were easy to contact, always responding quickly to calls or texts. Elias was our project manager. You couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He made us feel like we were his top priority and made sure we understood every stage of the process. He was also very flexible when we wanted to make changes. Their staff was professional and courteous. The quality of the work is superior. Their designer created a thoughtful plan so we could maximize the space in our small eat-in kitchen. The cabinet makers worked quickly and paid attention to all the details. In the bathroom the team helped us reimagine the space to create additional storage. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I can't stress enough how easy it was to work with them and how reasonable their quote was. Ferdy has created a top-notch company. I would not hesitate calling them for our next project.
