					I could not think of a time I would 10/10 recommend a general contractor for a home renovation until our experience in working with FHS Construction; specificially with Ferdy Hernandez (the owner) and Elias Ramos (our point person/GC). These two individuals were always available to talk things through, work things out calmly and collectively, and be positive with a good demeanor no matter the situation. Our home renovation lasted just under 1/2 a year and never once did anyone on their team lose their cool (through the holidays and rainy season of 25/26 no less). What I LOVED about their work ethic was the same folks came day after day. We got to know who was working on our home and they were all respectful of our space and did an incredible job regarding their workmanship. If we ever were not 100% satisfied, they redid the work with no back and forth. They were fair and balanced with pricing and I think we got the best value for the stellar work they accomplished. I love this company SO much that I have recommended them to a few friends already and will be using them again when it's time to renovate the garage space. 10/10 across the board -- you'd be remiss not to call them up and talk to them for a quote. They are 100% invited to my baby shower this summer that's how much of a relationship they established with me and my husband.

					FHS painted the exterior of our house and built a new front porch and front yard gate to match. They also knocked out part of an interior load-bearing wall and installed a really cool looking metal frame, and built us a custom banquette to match our existing kitchen cabinets. Ferdy, Elias, and Irvin were great to work with and very responsive to questions / concerns. Their team of workman and craftsmen also did great work and were very professional. Competitive prices, very good workmanship - overall a pretty stress-free experience. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again in future.

					Alex, who was in charge, was great. He checked in all the time and even hung my sconces. All of the crew, the drywall workers, the guys who took down the ceiling and the painters all top notch! They were all nice and very professional. My living room looks amazing. I highly recommend them. Oh and they were quick. The job was done in 3 days! Just look at all their great reviews.

					FHS did such a great job remodeling the master bathroom at our home in Burbank; so, when we got a fixer-upper condo in Oceanside, Ferdy, Elias, and their team were the first contractor we thought of to help us with the remodel. The condo had most of the original fixtures from the 80s and required a full facelift (see before and after pics). FHS replaced the floors and kitchen countertops, installed a new kitchen sink/faucet and new ceiling fans, and did a total remodel of the bathroom - replacing the old tub/shower with a new tiled shower. The best part about working with FHS again was knowing I could trust them to do quality work with little supervision. I told Elias what I wanted, gave him the keys, and let FHS do all the work in Oceanside while I worked from home in Burbank. The team always wore masks (remodel was during covid), kept the common areas clean (I received no complaints from our HOA), and finished the work right on schedule. We're so happy with the work and the family loves having a beautiful place by the beach!

					Ferdy and his team are the best. We hired them after our friends raved about them (Ferdy redid their entire house and it looks amazing). We brought on Ferdy to renovate our garage, and we couldn't be happier with not only how it turned out, but the whole process of working with Ferdy as well. He was professional, courteous, on time and on budget. If you're looking for a contractor, you can stop looking now. You've found him. Hire these guys.

					After purchasing a condo with no washer & dryer, FHS helped retrofit an existing closet to hold a washer dryer. This included expanding the closet, building an interior wall, running plumbing & electrical, venting out the side of the building, and painting. They also ran electrical in the ceiling to allow for pendant lights in multiple rooms. Ferdy, Elias, and Irvin were all great to work. They are very knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and were patient in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend FHS and would use them again in the future.

					We can't say enough good things about FHS Construction Inc. We're so grateful to find Ferdy and his team! When we first met Ferdy, his attitude and professionalism really stood out. Him and his team were always friendly and respectful. Given that we're in the middle of a pandemic, they always wore their masks. We were initially looking for a contractor to remodel our garage. We were so happy with the results that we also asked them to build an art studio, a project we were considering in the future. FHS was great at working as a team, and bringing my vision to life. Ferdy presented different ideas and explained the pros and cons of each. We appreciated how they were always communicative about where we are in the process and what's going on. And also, always available for questions. We've worked with other contractors in the past and there's no comparison! FHS is very professional and reliable. Also, Ferdy told us what the price would be at the beginning and stated that price wouldn't change unless something drastic came up. These days it's hard to find a contractor that does nickel and dime you. He was true to his word. FHS did such a wonderful job with all of our projects, we couldn't be happier! We've already referred them to friends and family and will definitely be using Ferdy, Elias, Irvin and the rest of the team, for all our future projects. We highly recommend FHS Construction Inc!
